Shipping zones and rates
We ship to mainland Spain and the rest of the European Union.
- Mainland Spain: €9.99
- Rest of the EU: €19.99
Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands may be subject to special rates and conditions. Please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for the mainland Spain and 5 to 8 business days for the rest of the EU, from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, logistical issues, etc.).
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can locate your package at any time.
Damage or loss during shipping
If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the indicated time, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a solution.
