Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

14-day reflection period of the European Union

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of your return request. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
